Basketball:
Bradley or Hamilton? In an ideal world they are both back next season. Withought knowing how well they are responding to Barnes' style or what kind of draft grade they are looking for it's hard to project what they will do.
Bradley has been listed as a mid-first round guy but I have trouble seeing it. He's a shooting guard all the way and 6'2" is small at that spot. His strength, defense, and offensive confidence
Well, WTF was that? A train wreck is what. That’s how the entire Texas basketball season can be described.
Basketball:
Texas lost to Wake Forest in the first round last night. Trips Right somehow found the inner strength to do a final
post-mortem where he also prescribes a month of defensive drills for baby 2010-11 Texas basketball in order to foster its development into a team that can at least dribble towards the basket.
PeterBean was
reflective as well and deals with the future of Barnes at Texas. He concludes, with fairly strong reasoning
Last post-mortem of the season, so we've got that going for us, which is nice.
If we can stop Randolph Childress we have a chance.
This staff is money. The kind of money Trips leaves in g-strings. After this weekend’s four game sweep of Iowa, the team ERA is sitting at 1.89.
Game 1
Pitching: Cole Green was on and looked really comfortable out there. He gave up a single unearned run in the first on a single, three stolen bases and two errors while striking out the side. Iowa only managed three singles and a walk the rest of the game.

So Scipio did a great job on
introducing us to our ACC counterpart and robbing me of an easy morning column. A great read though, it sounds like they are in Texas' wheelhouse since it isn't at Wake. You can see the whole bracket
here.
Obviously Kentucky is the 2nd opponent and I don't think there's any way Texas beats them. Mason or Bradley would need to stay on Wall the entire game because
What happens when a stoppable force meets a movable object?
We'll find out on March 18th. Meet
Wake Forest.
