Some really good coaches, actually. And one or two that are perceived to be.
I will eschew the legalistic prick picks like Utah (the Utes went 10-3 in 2009, crashing down from their 13-0 record in '08!!!!) and give you a few of the teams that will be picnicking on shit sandwiches and will be qualitatively much worse in 2009.

The Rice game tantalized, Kansas St will be telling; OU will tell all.
58-14 tells the tale, so I'm not going to dwell on the play of our starters too much. It was dominant. Much of this review is about what the future holds: for our Big 12 opener, against OU, this season, as a program post VY.
