Dez’s dead, Baby. Dez’s dead.

Posted by HenryJames on October 28th, 2009 under Football

Dez Bryant isn't really dead. But his college career is. The NCAA ruled last night that will remain suspended for the rest of the season. Bryant was suspended originally because he lied about his relationship with Deion Sanders. Seems a tad severe. Bryant wrote a letter of apology to the NCAA in which he claimed "that he jogged briefly with Sanders at a Texas athletics center without breaking a sweat and then went to

Since 2006, the Seminoles are 24-19, and even the hometown media thinks it is time for Bowden to step down. Football Miscellany

The NCAA dropped the probation hammer in response to recent shenanigans - I was as surprised as you to learn that it wasn't Southern Cal or Oklahoma getting disciplined for payments of players or thumbing their nose at eligibility requirements, but rather BYU-Hawaii. SI.com reports that it's not impossible to stop Tebow - How do you stop 3.8 yards per carry?!?!? YOU CAN'T!!! Texas is #2 in CFN's 5-year rankings - I've always
