Mike Leach apparently does not intend to go gently into the night. Leach's lawyer says he will seek a court injunction that would enable Leach to coach in the Alamo Bowl. Ted Liggett, Leach's attorney, also said Craig James “attempted to use his influence to get his son playing time when he can’t earn it himself.”

Tech received a complaint from a player and his parents about his treatment by Leach after he was injured. Insert plank walking joke here.

So Texas Tech released their 2010 football schedule yesterday, and typically no one cares outside of the American Legion post in Lamesa.
