Seriously, Jeff? Another running back? The Titans came into this draft knowing they needed a playmaker at wide receiver. Someone who can actually get separation from the defender in man coverage. Someone who can actually get open deep. Instead they went for yet another running back because that's all Jeff Fisher knows. Conservative offense. Run the ball and play defense.
