Ninety-nine yard drive to win the game as time expires. Converts three fourth downs along the way. Career passing day. How can you not believe in this guy?!

The 86-year old owner of the Tennessee Titans says he has seen enough, and it's time to see if Vince Young is the Titan QB of the future. Reports coming out of Titans headquarters continue to undershadow the deeply troubled state of the franchise according to media outlets. Some have called it a miasma of woe and distress, rife with turmoil and division. I'd like to thank everyone for coming, we've had some time to look at guys in organized drills and process some of things we were able to do in the draft and free agency, and we feel pretty good about where we are as a football team right now. Vince will be available a little later. With that I'll open

The Big 12’s Nightmare Draft

Posted by BRAGGonUT on April 28th, 2008 under Football

The Big 12 had its worse draft ever. Even Mike Reinfeldt and Jeff Fisher think so. It took 36 selections before the second Big 12 player was drafted. This is from a conference with four of Top 10 in the final AP rankings. Pathetic. Powerhouse programs like Troy, Vanderbilt, Delaware, and Tennessee State had picks before anyone from the Big 12 was selected. God kills a blue hen

God damn you, Jeff Fisher.

Seriously, Jeff? Another running back? The Titans came into this draft knowing they needed a playmaker at wide receiver. Someone who can actually get separation from the defender in man coverage. Someone who can actually get open deep. Instead they went for yet another running back because that's all Jeff Fisher knows. Conservative offense. Run the ball and play defense.

Jeff Fisher Wants To Be Paul Brown

Posted by TaylorTRoom on December 24th, 2007 under Football

Of Course Jeff Fisher wants to be Paul Brown. All NFL coaches do. They all, in their mind's eye, see themselves as the ultra-intense, smarter-than-the-competition, harder working, driven-winner coach whose force of will and personal vision of football strategy drives a team to championships. Paul Brown had the most professional staff, micro-managed every detail, and was the first to call all the plays for his QB (in the past, coaches only called plays after timeouts;
