Second. This line killed me:

Alex Hrebec is the short angry lovechild of Kent Hrbek and Alex Trebek and he plays with about that much talent.

Man, that's one guy on guy porn I don't want to see. Ugh.

The big 12 north quite possibly fields 3 of the worst 5 BCS teams this year, along with Wazzu and Virginia. Other candidates?

Finance. I do like to read and write, I guess. And since we're on it, if you have time and haven't read this breakdown of the book by JJ Malone, it is certainly interesting.

The honest truth is that this was typed out for laughs and fingerpointing in a football rivalry-ish manner. I am sure there are plenty of great things about the school and the graduates, although I've never personally worked with any.

Wow.

I understand the quips about the football team given their recent lack of success, but where did all the animosity toward the college come from? I know most of it is just tongue and cheek, doing what you can to get a laugh, but come on.

Sure, K-State gets a lot of recognition for the agricultural program, and that seems to leave them as the punchline of an endless amount of jokes - but they are also home to a highly ranked architecture program, a very competitive school of journalism and mass communications, and one of the most well-respected engineering schools in the midwest. Ask someone at the Garmin headquarters in KC how many of their engineers are K-State grads. It's quite astonishing.

I graduated from K-State last year with a degree in education, and had three job offers after my first round of interviews. Seems as if most places like hiring K-State people.

KSU must go 7-5 in order to reach a bowl. They can only count one win of the two DII games that they play toward their bowl total. If they go 6-6, they're 5-6 in the eyes of the bowl committees.

I'm pretty sure Michael Bishop was in the lawn care management program. He was paid to watch the grass grow.
