One of my best friends went through the recruiting process in the mid 90’s. He visited Tennessee, UCLA, Nebraska, Texas, and Baylor.

He said the Nebraska linemen openly roided when he visited the workout facilities, and he suspected it (obvious signs) at Tennessee. I thought that was pretty interesting.
