The Supreme Court found that the two police officers who stopped Billy had a habit of finding cocaine in vehicles they stopped, one being a chemo treatment volunteer who transported people to and from hospitals who, just like Mr. Sims, tested negative for cocaine. That prompted the court to consider that the cocaine may have been planted on Billy. He was found not guilty. He married a crazy woman so who knows what happened there. He has a very positive and active relationship with his kids. As far as the non payment of child support is concerned. She admitted that he gave her cash but it was never enough, as what happens in many divorce and child custody cases. So maybe all hes guilty of is not getting receipts from her. His friends all know these facts but he is too humble to defend himself and his friends have been asked to not speak of it. Most of this is public record. Look it up.
