I really didn’t know where to put this, so right here seems appropriate:

My hat is off to you horns. We were beaten by a team that was better on Saturday. Y’all wanted it more, and you took it from us. Yes, there are things that I feel turned the game (the foremost being Ryan Reynolds blown knee and the shithole kickoff coverage we’ve been displaying all year), but your boys never quit and y’all should be proud of them.

I believe both teams are absolute Top-5, and I’m looking forward to the remainder of the season.

One other thing. Something must be in the water in Dallas. This was the first OU/Texas weekend that I don’t recall a single horn saying anything ugly. We were treated very well at the hotel (which was about 75% burnt orange) both pre and post game. Kudos.

Now, my perfect season scenario would be for both teams to win out, the other front runners lose a couple, and we hook up with you guys again in Miami. Never gonna happen, but a boy can dream…

Congrats again. A very solid win.

I have a question. I need to know more. When OU ran its wide receiver screens, was the throw behind or beyong the line of scrimmage?

I was watching the linemen on that play.

Any help for Mr. Know It All?

Why did the linebackers even touch Colt out of bounds? There was no need. They should have gotten a penalty for being complete dumbasses.

Ponderos – come on back, son. You’ve been ignoring the computer too long. We miss your zingers about Sergio meeting Brodie Eldridge and those salty sooner LB’s taking Colt’s head off.

Turns out, OU’s LBs didn’t even need to touch colt in order to draw 15 yards.

Great review and write up as usual. Now I’m going to have to watch this game over to see all your pointers. Great game indeed.

We ought to be able to do the same with Mizzou, OkState and TTech. Let the revival begin!

Great review Scip.

It was one of the best UT Games I have ever been to – top 3. We are good, and I believe we can run the table with a few breaks our way.

Still can’t get over the holding by OU and the linemen downfield on the middle screen plays. But makes the victory even sweeter.

Huge game this weekend. Time to get after some Tiger butt. Hook Em Horns.

Okie State is the only regular season team OU needs to worry about. I’m less concerned about beating Mizu this wknd than I am playing weird ass Gundy’s group.
